Stares is a multidisciplinary team of 100 employees, all passionate about living heritage and experts in their field: 3,500 lots in rental management, 24,000 lots in condominium management and 650 buildings.
Resulting from the merger of several entities, Stares visual identity needed to respect its history while modernizing it. The main idea was to therefore to respect both heritage and modernity through colors, shapes and typography, while pushing the brand values of know-how and expertise. Harmonizing the notion of contrast, dynamism and elegance was the key to the project's success.
After a deep analysis of the market players and their positioning, Carburant developed Stares brand identity: vision, mission, promise, values and style. All these key components clearly define the brand for its clients, partners and stakeholders.
The Stares website creation has been focused to respond to three clearly defined needs : easy customer access area reducing the number clicks to the minimum, highlight the brand commitments and easy implementation of the latest news. The interface has been designed to integrate future functionalities in a simple and efficient way without modifying the website architecture.
