Social Media
2024 marked the return of Illumination Studios' most cult sagas. Seven years after Despicable Me 3, Carburant is still working alongside Universal Pictures France to support the release of Despicable Me 4 through the prism of social media. On the menu: stunts, five-star movie premiere and a press line, all sprinkled with a dose of evil.
The Minions made a grand entrance into the capital by taking over three stations. From a stunt on the forecourt of the Gare Saint-Lazare to a sound hack at the Gare du Nord, Carburant was there every step of the way. From filming to editing, one vignette and several event coverage were produced and published on the @UniversalFR pages!
There's nothing like an exceptional movie premiere to get the measure of a release. So when Gad Elmaleh, Audrey Lamy, Alex Lutz, Joey King and Pharrell Williams arrived at the Grand Rex, the agency had to send its team of social media managers. The aim was to create live content on TikTok and Instagram to develop a sense of authenticity and engage users.
The strength of the movie premieres also lies in a few unique moments shared with the talents. These moments, captured on video in the form of interviews conducted by our team, are a delight for Internet users. The ability to create more human and less promotional discussions is another of social media's strengths.
